Do I need to have my own hosting?
No, each of our site packages include hosting on our servers as part of the package.
The monthly fee covers your:
- Website hosting
- Caching of your site for speed
- Monthly security updates to plugins used on your site
- Monthly security updates to WordPress
Can you use my existing hosting company?
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 14 days of your purchase. Any request for cancellation must be emailed to us and received within the 14 day period. Please note this only applies to packages we host on our servers. If you have had us purchase items for your site and cancel, the cost of these will be deducted before any refund.
Do you do SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?
Depending on the package you choose, either basic or more extensive SEO can be done. While SEO does not visually change the look of your site, it can dramatically improve the number of views your site receives. And more views ultimately translate to more bookings.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade your web design package at any time after signing up. The upgraded package rate becomes effective immediately. You can then provide us the additional content and information we will need for your upgraded package. To discuss this more out more, Contact Us.
Can I use another theme for my site design?
Short answer, no. Slightly longer answer, maybe. We have fully tested the themes we work with to make certain they work seamlessly with the various plugins, CSS, and other features we use on all of our packages. However, if you have a theme you really want us to use, we may be able to do that in our Custom Design Packages.
