Once upon a seashore...

The genesis of the decision to create a web design firm specifically for the bed and breakfast industry began in 2012 while walking along the beaches at Crystal Cove Park in southern California.

Our Story

Having founded a successful web design firm in the 90’s, Poiema Design, I knew the challenges of creating a website that conveys more than just information. Visitors to a site want information, but the information has to be presented in such a way that they want to act on it. This is especially true for businesses such as B&B’s, where people are buying an experience, not just a room to spend the night in.

Recently, we had the opportunity to completely redesign a website for a truly stunning B&B in Brenham, TX. Like almost all of our work, this was a referral, and, as we worked on telling their story and conveying the unique experience they offer their clientele, we realized it was time to create a design firm specifically geared to the Bed and Breakfast community.

Thus Bed and Breakfast Web Design was born.
